Payment Terms

Each order is payed for upon placing the order for the product. The pet treats are not shipped until payment for the product is received. Once the payment is received by the business the product will be shipped within the upcoming days, and will reach the consumer within a maximum of two weeks. 

Guarantees and Warranties 

Each order comes with a guarantee of your satisfaction, otherwise it will be replaced to meet your expectations. If the customer is not satisfied with the products, they receive please contact us and let us know what the problem is. In order to receive a replacement item please contact us within ten days of receiving your product otherwise the decision to replace your item will be decided by the business owner. 

Timeline of Delivery

The products will be shipped to the customer within a week. Depending on the shipping method - the length of time for the transportation of the product from the business to the customer may vary. The products will reach the customer within a reasonable amount of time depending on how far the item must travel to reach the consumer. 

Failure to Deliver the Product to the Customer

If you do not receive your product within a maximum of two weeks’ time, contact the business and My Healthy Pet Treats will see where the product is and when it will be coming. If the product does not come after the first time contacting us, please call again and we will refund your money or provide you with some form of discount or to satisfy our highly valued customers. 

Privacy Policy

All of our customers information is private and will not be shared or given away. Consumers information is used for payment and shipping reasons. Information is kept confidential and will not be made available to anyone to view or use. We use the order information to learn about our customers and allow us to provide products that will fit your wants and expectations. We ensure that when each order is placed, the information provided will be used for the businesses purpose of making and delivering your product only, without abusing the sensitive information of the customer.  

Shipping

All orders are shipped within the same week the order is placed. The treats will be sent out to the consumer by the end of the week, or beginning of the following week, depending on the day the order is placed. All orders will be sent through the United States Postal System (USPS)

Q:  What is the shelf life of the dog treats?

A:  The shelf life of the dog treats is about two to three months without refrigeration.  However, since this product is a fresh baked item, we recommend storing them in the refrigerator a there are no preservatives. 

Q:   What is the shelf life of the cat and little dog treats?

A:  The shelf life of the cat and little dog treats is one to two months or more without refrigeration.  However, we recommend, and customers have reported, that the best way to store them is to put half of the bag into the freezer and keep the other half in the refrigerator because there are no preservatives and because cats and little dogs don't eat treats as quickly as the larger dogs do.  This allows the treats to last much longer.

Q:  Do cats really like the treats?

A:  Yes, many cats do like the treats!  However, we do not guarantee that all cats or dogs will like the treats.  We do, however, like to share that the treats are all human food with no preservatives, and they double quite nicely as croutons on salads.  So, you are not wasting your money if the cat decides to be finicky.

Q:  Can I purchase a bag of all of one flavor?

A:  Yes, you can build a bag of treats of any one flavor or a mix bag of flavors of your choice.
